Taking into account what already is moving in Puglia in favor
therapeutic use of cannabis (Decision of the Regional February 9, 2010, No. 308 - http://www.regione.puglia.it/index.php? page = burp & opt = GetFile & file = 8.htm & year = xli & num = 41) has decided to join several local artists to make more 'conscious people with free information and therefore does not incite anyone to violate the regulations and do not want in any way incite illegal use hemp.

Free information is a right guaranteed by the Italian Constitution (Article 21) and therefore can not 'be subjected to any form of censorship. This is not to incite it 'acceptable nor is any form of verbal or written. But it is necessary to 'carry on a debate for the legalization of Hemp in Italy and around the world and recognize its significant property', even at therapeutic level and beyond, now recognized worldwide. Just think of the recent legalization of hemp in America therapeutic and legalization of small amounts' of cannabis for personal use in the Czech Republic is therefore appropriate to revise the term in the field hoping for a comparison in total democracy.
