Solving common problems with MSN

Despite the 'upgrade to the new version of WLM 9, yet many people find themselves in front of the (apparently) inexplicable error codes. The error codes to indicate 'what kind of user error happened at the time it performs a certain action (the' installation, 'access, etc.). Often this is due to the lack of some components in the operating system to which WLM is based, or the presence of some files of an older version (8.5, 8.1) uninstalled that conflicts with the chat program. So here's a mini-guide on how to solve common problems with WLM 9.
● If installed, try uninstalling WLM 9 through Add / Remove Programs in Control Panel. If you were to start the uninstallation, uninstall it with ZAPMessenger (found HERE); ● Check for Microsoft. NET Framework 3.5 (via Control Panel> Add / Remove Programs) if not, download it HERE);
● Check for Microsoft Installer 3.1 through Control Panel> Add / Remove Programs) if not, download it HERE);
● Download Windows Live Messenger 2009 Build 14.0.8064.206 here or Messenger.it;
possibly ● Close all open programs (including Windows Media Player and Internet Explorer) and run the file downloaded;
● Choose all the programs you want (if you had installed other software as well as MSN, such as Mail or Writer, and not the 'you have uninstalled, it will be updated).
Finished! This guide should address the most common error code. Also, if using AVG (Antivirus or Internet Security) and it leaves the 'notice with the code 8100030, go to the AVG Control Panel, go to Tools> Advanced Settings> Web Shields> Instant Messaging and remove the check mark on MSN Protection. If not you should be able to solve your problems, write to the Forum
