Of Vhs C Very Low Quality
I was hospitalized?? The latest weird idea
Bordighera Hospital, Department of Medicine, on Monday morning. Today I
from guardian angel to Mr. Joseph, a cute 94 year old hospital that has to make a visit to the cardiologist.
I do sit in a wheelchair to take him to the floor and while we make scarrozza to the destination for a chat. He tells me that he was born in 1917 and has centered in the middle of World War II, fought in Libya and Sicily and then was taken prisoner, going two and a half years in a prison camp in Egypt where, apparently , we passed the time playing bridge.
Taken from the story and enthusiasm tells me much of his youth, recalling details that make me amazing, because seems to have his mind still agile despite his age ...
's finally time for the visit, Mr Joseph diligent lies down on the couch and smiles at me, waiting for the doctor do what he must. And the doctor then asks him: "Mr. Joseph, what did? Why was hospitalized?".
Elder looks at me a bit 'confused me with questioning eyes. I approach, I guess did not hear, and I repeat the question, smiling gently: "Mr. Joseph, the doctor asked her what she had, why was admitted ..."
Then he makes a surprised face, and eyes wide, he exclaims: "I was hospitalized??"
me to laugh, but I refrain. "Yes" I tell him. He said, "But, Miss, where are we now??"
"At the hospital, Mr. Joseph ..."
"Ah ... well ... you know ... I do not remember what I had!"
... But remember well that when he was wounded in battle, he was transferred to Trento, where "there were pretty girls, good food and wine even better."
